Fear is a big one. Fear takes a while to process because you gotta calm down first. But the mindset to adopt if you're processing fear is optimism. Fear is often combined with dread, stress, anticipation about bad things in the future, and optimism is a mindset you can choose to have to, rather than look towards the future and worry about the bad things, look towards the future and worry about the good things.
