Tina Schweiger
Christina “Tina” Schweiger is a published scientist in the field of emotions. She co-authored “Are Emoji a Valid Predictor of In-The-Moment Mood?” with Dr. Linda K. Kaye from the Department of Psychology at Edge Hill University in Lancashire, UK.
Tina is the Chief Product Officer of Feelalytics, whose technology empowers companies to leverage emotional feedback to improve overall workplace health. Tina is the architect of the Feelalytics’ algorithm which bypasses the analytical part of the brain and taps into pure emotional feedback by capturing reactions from the limbic part of the brain.
Part of Tina’s work includes helping companies worldwide build more emotionally supportive work environments by educating organizations on emotional awareness and providing concrete methods to help individuals and teams build and leverage their emotional aptitudes. The outcome is these organizations rank high on the Best Places to Work surveys.
She also works with brands worldwide to help them understand how the changing emotions of their potential and current customers influence the effectiveness of the company’s marketing and sales teams.
Tina graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a BFA in Design and graduated on the Dean’s List from Harvard University with a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She has also received advanced training and certification from the Luma Institute for Human-Centered Design.
