And that's going to help you remember how to be compassionate. One is to recognize this aria and recognize, allow, investigate and nurture. Recognize what is what is in front of you not the story that's there. What is the truth of what's there without judgment? allow things to be as they are. This is part of building compassion. Investigate more, get curious about a situation rather than jumping to conclusions rushing by, you know making your judgments whatever it is, and nurture, nurture those things that are helping you. Become more aware and more curious and ask more questions. And then the more you learn, and the more you know, they'll nurture a sense of connection and compassion with others. Check it out.
