Choosing Optimism: Embracing Challenges for Growth and Impact

I could quote a really overused phrase, is your glass half full or half empty? Well, that's what people say when they're talking about whether you're an optimist or a pessimist. How about deciding to be optimistic you can decide to do, it's a thing. You can choose to adopt a mindset of optimism. There are difficulties right now that you are pessimistic about maybe a little secret they're not gonna last forever. They're not gonna last forever. Tick tock isn't gonna last forever, really? Practice feeling that your actions can influence events. And bring about desired results. That's high level words that what I really mean is you can make a difference. Everybody can make a difference including you, including me so I'm trying to do with you right now is help you know that you can make a difference. tackle your problems head on. Don't avoid your problems. No avoiding tackle them head on. You know, you need to go and talk to that person about that thing. Still not that you don't I mean? Sleep on it if you need to, but like, don't delay, like Life is short. Just go talk to them. Address your problems head on. Know that challenges, mistakes, failures. It's all part of the learning. That's you know, it's a little reminder take a breath. Practice, knowing that your challenges are all contributing to a better future.
