I don't want you to ever underestimate the importance of feeling safe. Ask yourself right now do you feel safe where you are? What are your current surroundings? If your answer is a resounding yes, I'm safe. Identify what people places or things are causing a sense of threat. Now consider what changes that you can make to help yourself. Get to a place of safety. Be around a different person or nobody go to a different place where you feel safe. make those changes right now, in order to feel safe where you are. You want to take it a little bit farther. There's a book called The cozy life. And it's by Pia Edberg. This Danish concept of I don't know how to properly say this, please correct me. HYGGE don't know how to say it. But it is a cozy atmosphere. It's a word in Danish that is like embracing the simple pleasures. of life. So be safe out there.
