Let's stop judging ourselves. And let's just notice things and know that we all feel these things is all part of the human experience. So acknowledge what you're feeling. No, it's part of the human experience. If you catch yourself, in your mind going, this thing is this thing is bad.
And you're all judgy about yourself. Just stop. Don't judge yourself. Go easy on yourself. Treat yourself like you were your own little baby, your own little pet your own little best friend, whatever it is that you feel, compassion and love for Imagine yourself as that.
Understand, you're not alone. We all have these feelings. We all get confused. We're all really hard on ourselves. Don't be so hard on yourself. Decide that go easy on yourself today. Give yourself permission I give you permission. Go easy on yourself today. Have some self compassion and hope to be more resilient.
