There's lots of studies out there on the power of a hopeful mindset. And this technique right here is remembering a time in the past when you felt hopeful. So, where were you? Who were you with? What were you doing? Can you sit and think back to a time when you remember feeling hopeful? And just kind of remember that feeling and let it take over. Your body and breathe into that feeling.
And that will help you cultivate and a mindset of hope in the moment.
There's a really great book called Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now, I don't know how many times I've read this, but anytime I feel overwhelmed, or I just have too much and I just I just have to really ground myself again. Get my mindset straight. I reached back for Eckhart Tolle the power of now and it helps me cultivate a hopeful mindset because it gets me to remember that everything is happening in the present, right now. There's no past. There's no future there is but all that we can really experience right now is the moment
