From Contempt to Celebration: The Power of Self Acceptance
Okay, last one: contempt. We talked about acceptance and helping, acceptance, and accepting what is in that mindset? Getting you out of this judgey, judgey contempt state. Pride, you're happy and you got something to celebrate. You're proud, proud of yourself. You're proud of your family members, you're proud of your friends. Talk about self-acceptance. Self-acceptance is one of those that's really hard, and it's something we probably work on for most of our lives, which is why it's over here at the bottom right. It's in the hardest spot. If you're feeling a sense of pride in your accomplishments and what you can do, at that point, start accepting yourself for who you are and what you've accomplished and celebrate that. And that's going to be infectious, and it's going to help really spread that love and that pride that you feel into positivity among everyone in your circle.
