Rage: Understanding, Managing, and Overcoming Explosive Anger - A Step-by-Step Guide

Let's talk about rage. Not like Rage Against the Machine. Who is awesome. Let's talk about rage. That feeling you get that you're super triggered. You're in what I call the lizard brain like that fight flight or freeze. The fight component of that can show up as rage. Maybe when you're driving, maybe or an argument. What happens physically when they're feeling rage? You have a faster heartbeat. Maybe you're shaking. Maybe you are feeling super annoyed. Perfect timing. I'm super annoyed by the dog barking in the middle of my video. But what I'm going to do is visualize a stop sign. I'm not even going to stop the video you get to even see this visualizing a stop sign. And then I should relocate myself to a different place. But in this case, it's possible for me to really relocate my animals. So I'm going to do that. There's a book called rage. It's a step by step guide. Again, a step by step guide to overcoming explosive anger, distancing yourself. Pardon me, I'm gonna go do that.
