Savoring Joy: The Art of Noticing and Pausing

Did you hear something funny or silly kind of feeling like all laughing and funny is awesome. And what you need to do is savor that moment. There's a concept called just pausing and noticing. Relish it. Where do you feel the silliness or happiness in your body? Is it in your heart or your head? Your legs, your hands? I don't know your elbows maybe. Where are those happy parts living in your body right now notice those pause for just a half second, and let those feelings grow.
