Taking Breaks: The Key to Productivity and Well-being

Just how long has it been since you've had a break? I mean, we're all busy running day to day like crazy trying to just keep up with life. And you just seem to stop sometimes and ask yourself, you know, have I disconnected in a while like have I had a break and do what you can to make that happen even if it's as simple as doing nothing. I love it. There's a book called to do nothing and it's by Jenny Odell, and she really talks about how doing nothing at all can help you be productive in the long run. If you don't give your brain a break. You know, give yourself a moment of peace in the chaos. You are just going to get less productive. So take it from this hotel and take a break.
