What else does FeelWise do? First, FeelWise helps you identify and label your emotions. And then once you identify them, it leads you through a series of micro mindfulness techniques that help you actually process those emotions. And then once you do that, you'll understand that the underlying premise is to lead yourself to a different mindset and a mindset is a state of mind. You might be familiar with, say optimism or gratitude things like that or mindset. You can kind of choose to get yourself into that headspace, if you will. And the underlying model that I created is depending on how you feel, it will lead you to a mindset that helps you become more emotionally resilient. And once you're in a positive mindset and helps you build to a mindset that helps you thrive and share your positive feelings with others.
